Původně obytný dům, postavený v roce 1888 ve stylu neorenesanční architektury, jež je zařazen do seznamu UNESCO kulturního a historického dědictví pro zachování budoucím generacím. Budova byla plně rekonstruována v roce 2003 do dnešní podoby moderního hotelu s 50 klimatizovanými plně vybavenými pokoji, televizorem se satelitním příjmem , a placenými kanály , přístupem na internet , se zvukově izolovanými dveřmi a okny, které plně respektující neorenesanční styl budovy.
